Limousine Club asks you to call (916) 444-LIMO(5466) or (800) 757-6093 Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm PST to make your limousine reservation. There are many aspects to a reservation that require two way communication. Reservations made over the telephone allow Limousine Club to cover every detail of your charter. You may also email us. The office staff will review the submitted information and contact you with some pricing options
A major credit card is required to hold a reservation. We need a credit card confirmation because space is limited. Even though we have a large fleet, we are often full to capacity. The credit card is used only to hold your charter, and will not charged ahead of time unless there is a cancellation. The cancellation fee ranges from $25 to $200 depending upon what day you reserved, and how close to the charter date you cancel.
We expect payment in full @ the first pick-up. If your charter has been held with a VALID credit card you may pay for your charter with cash, or credit card at the first pickup. You have the option to pre-pay by check in the mail if you want to pay in advance or need to secure payment with a check.
Limousine Club suggests you make your reservation only when you are sure you will be using a limousine. We want to get paid for performing excellent service and not because a customer needs to cancel a charter they prematurely confirmed. We understand last minute changes may occur and will always make every effort to accommodate these situations.
WHY: Limousine Club has been in business since 1987! We feel the reservation process is the most important aspect of doing the job right.
